Research progress on heat transfer deterioration of supercritical carbon dioxide
Supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_2) cycle power generation technology has become an important topic in National Energy Administration's “14 th Five Year Plan” for Energy Technology Innovation due to its advantages such as strong flexibility
high power generation efficiency
compact equipment configuration
complete thermoelectric decoupling
and rapid peak regulation capacity. Although S-CO_2 has many advantages
it will be accompanied by the deterioration of heat transfer and cause serious damage to the power generation system. This paper reviews the research progress of heat transfer deterioration in working medium of S-CO_2 from the two aspects of physical parameters and heat transfer characteristics. The existing studies show that: the means of obtaining physical properties of S-CO_2 are not perfect
the experimental data in the high temperature and pressure region need to be supplemented
the calculation accuracy in the near critical region is still low; there are abundant studies on the heat transfer characteristics of S-CO_2
but the range of parameters involved is narrow; the selection of turbulence model for numerical simulation is controversial; the existing standards for heat transfer deterioration are lack of evaluation and comparison
and the applicable conditions need to be verified. Based on the above results
some suggestions are put forward for the follow-up work
to provide references for the analysis
design and healthy operation management of the S-CO_2 cycle power generation system.
