Experimental study on dynamic vibration characteristics of 1450mm titanium alloy long blade of full-speed steam turbine
To adapt to the development of high-performance and high-power full-speed steam turbines
it is necessary to develop titanium alloy low-pressure final stage ultra-long blades. Experimental research on dynamic vibration characteristics of newly developed blades is an essential part of blade design and development. According to the characteristics of titanium alloy super-long blades
this paper conducts technical research on titanium alloy blade wiring spot welding technology
super-long blade vibration method
strain gauge placement selection and vibration signal identification. On this basis
the wireless test and analysis technology is used to successfully carry out the dynamic vibration characteristics test for the titanium alloy blade with the longest full speed of 1 450 mm in China
which is newly developed by a manufacturer and obtained the "3-coincide point" resonance speed and dynamic characteristics of the titanium alloy long blade. The frequency and other dynamic vibration characteristics provide an important measurement basis for the design phase of the 1 450 mm titanium alloy long blade and the safe operation during the production phase. The test methods and results have reference significance and practical value for the research and development of long blades of steam turbines.
