Simulation study on condensation quantity of steam supply pipe network and its influence factors
For the steam supply pipe network that has been put into operation
the amount of condensed water is affected simultaneously by factors such as steam flow
steam pressure
steam temperature and ambient temperature. To explore the relationship between the steam supply pipe network and these influencing factors
this paper takes a steam supply pipe network as the example
with the help of the Gensystem model development platform
it establishes a pipe network simulation model
and obtains the relationship between the pipe network condensate and its influencing factors. Moreover
it analyzes the dynamic change trend of the condensate volume when the influencing factors are disturbed. The results show that
under the conditions with steam supply flow rate of 8.33 kg/s(30 t/h)
steam supply pressure of 1 MPa
steam supply temperature of 280 ℃ and ambient temperature of 20 ℃
for every 2.78 kg/s(10 t/h) increase of the steam supply flow
the condensate quantity of pipe network decreases by 33.3%. For every 0.1 MPa increase of the steam supply pressure
the condensate quantity of pipe network increases by 24.0%. For every 10 ℃ increase of the steam supply temperature
the condensate quantity of pipe network decreases by 7.1%. For every 10 ℃ increase in the ambient temperature
the condensate quantity of pipe network reduces by 6.8%. The condensate quantity of the pipe network is highly sensitive to the steam supply pressure. When the steam supply pressure increases
the condensate quantity of the pipe network will increase rapidly in a short period of time
and a large amount of condensate is prone to accumulate and cause safety hazards.
