Scheme research and reformation for sewage sludge blending in CFB boiler
It is of great significance to use circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler to incinerate municipal sludge. In this paper
the feasible schemes for the sludge blending in CFB boiler were compared
including the wet sludge directly added into the furnace for blending and the mixed burning after drying of the wet sludge. For a 240 t/h CFB boiler of a power plant
the wet sludge directly added into the boiler was finally adopted as an engineering practice. The operation results show that
co-firing the sludge had obvious effects on bed temperature
oxygen content and negative pressure at the furnace outlet of the CFB boiler. Under the same load and coal feeding amount
when the proportion of sludge blending reached 12%
the bed temperature decreased by about 15 ℃
the oxygen content decreased by 14.7% and the negative pressure increased by 378.4%. After the sludge was co-fired
the consumption of the denitration reductant for selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitraiton changed little
indicating that co-firing sludge had little influence on NO_x emission. The research results had reference value for reconstruction and operation of the same type of CFB boilers.
