Exergy analysis for coal-fired power generation system with supercritical carbon dioxide recompression cycle
A simulated model for supercritical carbon dioxide recompression coal-fired power generation system was established by Ebsilon software. The exergy loss distribution of the system was obtained through simulation operation. Moreover
the effects of split ratio
turbine inlet temperature
main compressor outlet pressure and other key parameters on exergy efficiency of each facility and the system were investigated. Meanwhile
a comparative analysis was conducted between the recompression system and the three layout improvement systems of reheat
double reheat and double recompression. The results show that
the largest exergy loss exists in the boiler
then is the recuperator. When different parameters change
the exergy efficiencies of efferent facilities mainly affect the system exergy efficiency. There is an optimal value for the effect of split ratio and main compressor outlet pressure on system exergy efficiency. Among the three layout improvement systems
the double recompression is the optimal system
it mainly increases the exergy efficiency of high temperature recuperator
which increases the system exergy efficiency by 2.896 percentage points.
