Study on fluorine removal efficiency and surface morphology of organic calcium fluorine removal additive for coal combustion
The specific surface area and surface morphology of calcium magnesium acetate(CMA)
calcium acetate(CA) and calcium propionate(CP) calcinated at different temperatures and with different incineration times were studied on a calcination experiment table. The change law of fluorine fixing effect of the organic calcium
and the temperature and time window for the optimum fluorine-fixing effect of different organic calcium were obtained. The results showed that
the specific surface area of the calcinated products of the organic calcium increased at first and then decreased with the increasing calcination temperature
and reached the maximum at 900 ℃. The calcinated products of the CMA had the largest specific surface area and the best fluorine removal efficiency among the three samples. The specific surface area of the calcinated products of the organic calcium increased at first and then decreased with time
and the greater the specific surface area of the calcinates
the greater the adverse effect of sintering on the fluorine removal efficiency. The change of the microscopic surface morphology of the calcinates confirmed the change rule of the fluorine removal ability.
