At present

there is no uniform international standard for boiler pipe blowing in power stations.Compared with foreign advanced standards

the domestic standards for acceptance of blowpipe have little difference in terms of quality inspection

but there are still gaps in process control of blowpipe and timing of shooting.In order to study the influence of the blowpipe process control and the timing of the target selection on the blow test results

two new commissioning units were selected to conduct test study on confirmation conditions of the boiler blow test standards.The results show that

after qualified blowing according to the domestic blow pipe inspection standard

the direct target shooting was unqualified after cooling for 12 h.For this reason

the short-term and long-term goals of domestic steam blown pipe target inspection were proposed.
