摘要

为规范智能电厂体系建设

本文首先辨析了"智能"与"智慧"、"smart"与"intelligent"的概念

分析比对了智能电厂的定义

界定了智能电厂的用语及内涵。然后在分析ISA 95模型和信息-物理系统(CPS)功能层级的基础上

构建了包括生命周期、系统层级和智能功能3个维度的智能电厂参考体系架构。建议在智能电厂建设中需强化智能仪表/设备、通信、建模、分析、控制、决策、安全等7个方面的核心技术。

Abstract

To normalize the development of smart power plant

this paper specifies the term of smart power plant

based on differentiating and analyzing "Zhineng" and "Zhihui" in Chinese

"smart" and "intelligent". It establishes the reference architecture of smart power plant including three dimensions about life cycle

system level and smart function after analyzing ISA 95 model and cyber-physical system(CPS) function level. Finally

the core technologies

including smart device

communication

modeling

analysis

control

making decision

safety and security

are explained.
