Thermodynamic analysis of distributed energy system integrated of wind and coal
To enhance the energy utilization efficiency and alleviate the crisis of fossil energy shortage and the environmental problems during the coal combustion
a novel distributed energy system integrated of wind and coal was proposed. By taking a chemical industrial park as an example
this paper analyzed the thermodynamic characteristics and parameter sensitivity in heat-following operation mode. The results show that
the annual primary energy utilization efficiency and exergy efficiency of the distributed energy system are 80.86% and 47.31%
respectively
indicating this system has a great thermodynamic performance. The primary energy utilization efficiency and exergy efficiency increases with the energy storage system efficiency and steam demand
and decreases with the increasing steam demand hours. The thermodynamic performance will also be influenced by the average wind speed considering the cut-in and cut-out wind speed.
