Application of turbine HP-LP bypass system combining with heating in supercritical 350 MW unit
Abstract
Aiming at the poor adaptability of thermoelectric coupling of heating units to the depth peak regulation of power grid
taking a supercritical 350 MW heating unit in the northeast area as the research object
the effects of the scheme of HP-LP bypass system combining with heating on the heating capacity and the peak regulation capacity of the unit are analyzed based on a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics of the typical turbine bypass heating reconstruction scheme in this study. The results indicate that
for the original HP-LP bypass system combing with heating
the maximum heating load of turbine is 154.96 MW under 20%THA condition. After the expansion of turbine
the maximum heating load raises to 336.53 MW
which is 117.2% higher than that before expansion. It greatly improves the heating capacity of units under low load and meets the requirements for the unit's deep peak regulation. Under rated conditions
the maximum heating load of the turbine is 485.08 MW when using the original HP-LP bypass system combining with heating and 492.17 MW after the expansion. This indicated that the expansion of HP-LP bypass system combining with heating has limited influence on the extraction heating capacity of the unit under rated conditions.
