Experimental study on controlling high-temperature corrosion of water-wall by fireworks tracer method
In order to intuitively determine the forming reason of local high-temperature corrosion for an ultrasupercritical 1 000 MW bi-tangential circle wall fired boiler
the fireworks tracer method is used to detect the flow field in the furnace on the primary air of each layer of burners and the topside separated burnout air. The results show that the fireworks tracer method can intuitively analyze the actual problems in the process of firing
air distribution and so on
which plays an important guiding role in improving the high-reductive atmosphere in nearwall area of the furnace. The swirling intensity of each layer of burners in the furnace generally increased with the furnace height. The speed of the primary air of upper layer of burner should be properly reduced
because the pulverized coal from the upper layer of burner is more likely to wash up on the water wall. The non-uniformity of the primary and secondary air results in a too intensive high-reductive atmosphere of local area of the corresponding water wall
the operation adjustment of burner needs further optimization.
