摘要

本文在对圆形风道理想流场分布研究的基础上

对带挡板、弯管及缩孔等典型非理想流场进行模拟计算与冷态模型试验。研究表明:节流元件前流场分布均匀

适宜进行流量测量;节流元件后

流场分布极不均匀

存在涡流区、低速区

各节流元件间差异较大

无规律性;流场紊乱程度存在差异

非均流段截面流速大于管道速度

弯管较为接近

挡板偏差最大;新型组合式文丘里风量测量装置流量系数基本稳定

阻力小

对非理想流场具有一定实用性。

Abstract

On the basis of research on velocity distribution of ideal flow field

numerical simulation and cold state model test were conducted for typical non-ideal flow field with baffle

elbow and shrinkage. The results show that

the flow field distribution is uniform in front of the throttling element

it is suitable for the flow measurement. While behind the throttle element

the distribution of flow field is extremely non-uniform

the eddy current region and low speed region exist

and the flow field is different and irregularity between and among the throttling elements. The disturbance of flow field is different

the flow velocity in cross-section of non-uniform tube segment is greater than that in the pipeline

close to that in the elbow

and has the maximum deviation from that in the baffle. The flow coefficient of the new type Venture flow measurement is basically stable

and the resistance is small

it is practical for the non-ideal flow field.
