An improved energy-loss analysis model for gas power boilers
To optimize the operation metallurgical gas boilers
the energy-loss analysis is usually adopted to monitor the deviation between the operating value and the target value of key operating parameters. Based on the basic equations of metallurgical gas boilers
this study derives a simple calculation method for excess air coefficients of flue gas of the gas power boilers
and proposes an improved calculation model for thermal efficiency of the gas boiler. From the aspects of boiler thermal efficiency and auxiliary power consumption rate
the energy-loss analysis model reflecting the effect of the difference in main operating parameters(such as the exhaust gas temperature
exhaust oxygen content
exhaust gas volume fraction and gas calorific value) on the power coal consumption of the unit is established. Moreover
by using the above energy-loss analysis model
the main operating parameters of a 240 t/h gas boiler is analyzed. The results show that
the model can accurately calculate the deviations of the coal consumption caused by deviation of the boiler operating parameters from the target value
which is of guiding significance for optimal operation of the gas boiler units.
