摘要

放大特性是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉大型化的重要技术问题

炉膛放大设计需要研究二次风的穿透性、给煤和循环灰的扩散均匀性及气固流动稳定性等炉内过程。提出了CFB锅炉放大设计的基本原则和炉膛有效高度的计算公式

并对CFB锅炉放大设计的关键技术进行了分析。通过实炉测试和数值模拟

可指导CFB锅炉的放大设计

以确定锅炉最佳性能时的最合理结构尺寸。紧凑化是CFB锅炉大型化的重要趋势

对外置换热器、分离器等关键部件的紧凑化设计方法进行了分析讨论。

Abstract

The scaling-up characters are important technical problems for large-capacity circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers

the basic principle of scaling-up design for CFB boilers and the calculation formula for effective height of the furnace have been studied and put forward.In scaling-up design of the furnace

it is required to investigate the characters of internal process in the furnace

such as the penetrability of secondary air

the diffusive uniformity of feeding coal and circulating ash

and the flow stability of gas-solids etc.

the key technologies of scaling-up design for CFB boilers have been analysed.Through test on practical CFB boilers and numerical simulation

the scaling-up design of CFB boilers can be conducted

and the most economic structural size with optimal performance of boiler can be determined.The compact design is an important tendency of large-capacity CFB boilers

the compact design method for key components

i.e.external heat exchanger and cyclone separator etc.

have been analysed and discussed.
