摘要

火力发电厂暖风器的投运一般是以空气预热器冷端空气温度低于当地的平均气温(也就是空气预热器设计进风温度)

或者以锅炉制造厂提供的空气预热器入口风温为依据

但投入暖风器会使空气预热器产生腐蚀

甚至堵灰等。通过分析比较

认为暖风器的投入应该依据实际燃用煤种计算综合冷端平均温度

以保证空气预热器综合冷端平均温度大于计算值为标准。实践证明

这种方法安全可靠。

Abstract

The condition for putting steam air-heater into service in thermal power plants is that the air temperature at the cold end of air preheater is lower than the average local atmospheric temperature(i.e.the designed temperature of inlet air coming into the air preheater)

or taking the inlet air temperature of the air preheater provided by the boiler manufacture works as a basis.But the steam air-heater in service may result in corrosin of the air preheater

even result in ash blockage etc..Through analysis and comparison

it is believed that the condition of putting steam air-heater into serviece should be based on the comprehensive cold end average temperature calculated according to practical burned coal sort

to ensure the comprehensive cold end average temperature of air preheater to be higher than the calculated value.practice shows this method being safe and reliable.
