摘要

对平圩发电公司600 MW机组的2 008 t/h锅炉再热器顶棚穿墙管梳形密封结构焊缝裂纹产生的原因进行分析

认为顶棚密封板的结构不当、再热器管与密封板的焊接质量不良等是导致焊缝开裂的主要原因。对此

提出了提高焊接质量及在密封板和后屏再热器、末级再热器管外加装过渡段套管等措施

实施后此部位再未发生裂纹。

Abstract

The cause resulting in weld joint fracture on comb-shaped sealing structure of wall-penetrating pipe on the ceiling of reheater for 2008 t/h boiler have been analyzed

it is believed that the main causes leading to weld joint fracture are improper structure of the ceiling's sealing plate

and poor weld quality of the said plate

etc..For these

structural retrofit

such as additionally installing casing pipe in the transition section on sealing plate

and outside the rear-platen reheater and final-stage reheater

and measures for enhancing weld quality

etc.

have been put forward.After implementation

fracture has not occurred again at these locations.
