摘要

双进双出钢球磨煤机在运行中存在堵煤现象

主要因料位控制系统故障所致。对此

在运行中应对料位控制系统进行检查

消除传压管路堵塞、漏气和测量喷嘴、控制回路等缺陷

保证料位控制系统正常

进而防止磨煤机堵煤。

Abstract

The cause leading to coal plugging phenomenon in operation of ball mill with double inlet and double outlet is due to the faulty occurred in the medium-level controlling system.It is recommented to strengthen inspection and repair of the said system

eliminating blockage and air leakage in pressure-transfering pipeline

as well as defects of measuring nozzle and control circuit

thus to thoroughly eliminate coal-plugging phenomenon in the ball mill.
