摘要

华能玉环电厂装有4台超超临界1000MW燃煤机组

1号、2号机组(一期)蒸汽冲管分别采用稳压、降压不同方案。二期机组冲管充分借鉴一期机组蒸汽冲管的经验

选用两阶段降压法冲管方案。与稳压法冲管比较

降压法冲管不但效果好

而且省时、省水、省燃料。

Abstract

Four 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units had been installed in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant.The pipe-blowing with steam for units no.1 and no.2 in the first-phase project was using different schemes

namely pressure-stabilizing and pressure-reducing respectively.The pipe-blowing with steam for units in the second-phase project draws fully on the experience of pipe-blowing with steam for units in the first-phase project

selecting a scheme of two-stage pipe-blowing under pressure-reducing condition.Comparing with pressure-stabilizing method

the pressure-reducing method not only has good effectiveness

but also can save time

water

and fuel.
