摘要

根据炉内热量传递特性、热量平衡原理、状态方程、混合气体的分压定律等建立了煤粉气流推迟着火或脱火与炉膛负压变化的数学模型

并利用此模型分析了推迟着火或脱火时炉膛负压的变化规律。为利用炉膛负压判断炉内燃烧状况

指导锅炉安全运行提供理论依据。

Abstract

Based on heat transfer property in the furnace

theory of heat balance

state equation

and the law of partial pressure for mixed gas etc.

a mathematical model under blowing-off fire from flow stream of pulverized coal with air and under fluctuation of furnace draft has been established

and the regularity of variation in furnace draft under condition of ignition-retarding or of blowing-off fire being analysed by using said model. By using the funace draft

the combustion situation in the furnace can be judged

guiding safe operation of the boiler.
