摘要

介绍了上海汽轮机厂(上汽)无旁路机组甩负荷试验情况

对试验过程进行了分析。并对无旁路300MW机组甩负荷试验过程中出现的汽轮机调速系统振荡、机组难以在短时间内维持空负荷运行、高压缸排汽温度上升较快等问题

提出了技术措施。

Abstract

In the process of load-rejection test of a 300 MW unit

several problems

such as the oscilation of turbine speed governing system

the unit can't maintain no-load operation in a short time

and the temperature of exhaust steam from high-pressure cylinder is more rapidly increasing etc.are often appeared.The load-rejection test of 300 MW unit manufactured by shanghai Steam Turbine Works has been presented

and the test process being analysed.
