摘要

论述了新建机组在整套试运中洗硅的作用

介绍了洗硅的有效措施以及除去水汽中以氧化铁为主的腐蚀产物的方法。经在有关电厂应用实践证明

采用该方法可缩短机组起动调试工期

经济效益显著。

Abstract

The effectiveness of silicon cleaning in entire trial operation of newly constructed units has been expounded

the effective measures of silicon cleaning and the method of eliminating corrosion products with ferric oxide as the major composition from water and steam being presented

and applicatin of these methods being already realized in some related power plants. Practice shows that the application of said methods can shorten the timelimit of running up debugging

having remarkable economic benefits.
