摘要

研究了超超临界机组变负荷运行的经济性。在相同的调峰负荷率下

超超临界机组的经济性比超临界和亚临界机组高。超超临界机组运行负荷降低至60%额定负荷时

其热耗率将低于超临界600MW机组额定工况时的热耗率;超超临界机组负荷低于40%额定负荷时

其热耗率设计值将低于亚临界300MW、600MW机组额定工况时的热耗率;超超临界机组在低于60%额定负荷后

热耗率出现加速上升的趋势。提出应尽量保证超超临界机组在较高负荷运行

其经济负荷应不小于60%~70%额定负荷。

Abstract

The economic efficiency under varying load operation of ultra-supercritical units has been studied. Under condition of same load factor of peak-regulating

the economic efficiency of ultra-supercritical units is higher than that of supercritical and subcritical units. In the event of reducting load in operation of ultra-supercritical units to 60% of their rated load

the specific heat consumption of said units will be lower than that of supercritical 600 MW units under rated operating condition; in case the load of untra-supercritical units is lower than 40% of their rated load

the designed value of their specific heat consumption will be lower than that of subcritical 300 MW or 600 MW units under rated operating condition; after the load of ultra-supercritical units is lower than 60% of their rated load

their specific heat consumption has a tendency of accelerated rise. Hence

it is recommended that the ultra-supercritical units should be ensured being operation under higher load as far as possible

the economic load of ultra-supercritical units shouldn’t be less than 60~70% of their rated load.
