摘要

针对淮北国安电力有限公司1号、2号炉燃用高灰分、低热值贫瘦煤出现的燃烧不良问题

从改善炉内空气动力场、提高炉内温度及煤粉浓度、改进配风方式等方面提出了相应的运行措施。实施后

基本避免了因燃煤质量差而灭火事故

效果良好。

Abstract

Directing against the problems of combustion safety appeared on boilers no.1 and no.2 in Huaibei Guo’an Electric Power Co Ltd in the event of burning lean coal with high ash content and low calorific value

corresponding operation measures have been put forward from aspects

such as improving aero-dynamic field in the furnace

enhancing temperature and concentration of the pulverized coal in furnace

and pefecting the mode of air distribution etc.. After implementation

the accidents of flame-out have basically been avoided

obtaining good results.
