摘要

介绍了沙角B电厂2号350 MW机组锅炉风罩回转式空气预热器的改造及改造中出现的问题和采取的措施。将原来罗斯缪勒风罩回转式空气预热器更换为受热面旋转的容克式空气预热器

并对空气预热器蒸汽吹灰系统进行了改造

加装了燃气脉冲吹灰装置。通过改造

满负荷下空气预热器漏风率从原来的15.0%下降到5.0%

锅炉排烟温度从原来的140℃下降到134℃

锅炉效率提高约0.5%。

Abstract

The retrofit of statiionary-plate type regenerative air heater for unit no.2 in Shajiao B Power Plant

as well as problems occurred in the retrofit process and measure taken have been presented. The original Rothenühle regenerative air heater has been replaced by using Ljungstrom air heater with rotating heating surface

and the steam sootblowing system being retrofitted

adding fuel gas pulsating sootblowing facility. After retrofitting

the air leakage rate of said air heater under full load has decreased from original 15.0% to 5.0%

the temperature of flue gas discharged from the boiler has decreased from original 140 ℃ to 134 ℃

the boiler efficiency being enhanced about 0.5%.
