The roof type superheater leakage of boilers in Zhongzhou Branch Company under Sinoaluminium Industry has been analysed. It is believed that the main factors resulting in said leakage are as follows: bad quality of the boiler water

large amount of dissolved oxygen in boiler water

as well as bad effectiveness of steamwater separation

and serious mechanical carryover etc.. For these

prevention measures

such as stopping utilization of evaporation back water from The Alumiuium Oxide Factory No 2

and improving operation conditions of the deaerator etc.

have been put forward. After implementation

leakages resulted from the roof tube corrosion of boilers have been effectively avoided.
