Abstract

The network configuration

hardware structure

and software design of XPPS-400 distributed control system(DCS) manufactured by Xinhua Control Engineering Co Ltd in Shanghai have been presented. The said DCS

mixed together the electric control system(ECS)

can meet the requirements of integrated control for turbine-boiler-generator units in large-scale thermal power plants. Meanwhile

the problems existing in application of the said DCS have been approached and solved.
