摘要

对低压燃油喷嘴雾化特性进行了试验研究

并在盘县发电厂670t/h煤粉锅炉上进行了起动点火试验

结果表明该低压燃油喷嘴点火方便

节油效果明显

运行压力低

运行维护工作量小

可在大型煤粉锅炉上推广应用。

Abstract

Test study of atomizing property of the low pressure fuel oil atomizer has been carried out

and starting-up ignition test being made on 670 t/h pulverized coal boiler in Panxian Power Plant

Guizhou Province. Results show that the said fuel oil atomizer to be convenient in use

having obvious oil-saving effect

low operating pressure

and small amount of operation and maintenance work

its application can be spreaded to large-scale pulverized coal boilers.
