Abstract

The basic principle and workingup of calculating module for the rainflow method have been presented in detail. Incorporating the said module into monitoring software for service life consumption of turbine rotor in the power plant

the stresstime relationship at the monitoring point can be actually represented

having important significance for enhancing the safety of unit

correctly guiding the startup and shutdown

as well as varying load operation of the unit.
