摘要

以 6 0 0MW机组锅炉为对象

统计分析排烟温度与锅炉效率的变化规律

研究吹灰对锅炉效率和锅炉经济性的作用大小。计算得到一台 6 0 0MW机组锅炉仅由投运尾部受热面吹灰器

降低锅炉排烟温度而节约开支约 2 4 7万元 /年

经济效益显著。

Abstract

Taking boiler of a 600MW unit as the object

statitic analysis of the variation regularity between exhaust gas temperature and boiler efficiency has been made

and the effect of sootblowing on boiler efficiency and boiler economic behavior being studied. The economic benefit of a boiler for 600MW unit has been calculated

the expenses having been cutdown about 2.47 million RMB per year only by putting the sootblowers of heat recovery surface into operation for lowering the exhaust flue gas temperature. The variation of the exhaust flue gas temperature is a key factor affecting the operation of sootblowers.
