摘要

对鄂州电厂一次风机异常振动的原因进行了分析

认为该风机轴承、轴承座、风机中心等均存在较大问题

其根本原因是风机存在动不平衡现象。调整后

风机振动值达到了要求

Abstract

The causes leading to abnormal vibration of the primary air fan in Ezhou Power Plant

Hubei Province

have been analysed. It is considered that the comparatively large problems are existing in bearings

bearing pedestals

and fan centre etc.

but the basic reason is dynamic unbalancing phenomenon existing in the fan. After adjustment

the vibration value of the said fan has already reached requirement.
