摘要

针对大柳塔热电厂装有多台循环流化床锅炉和多台小型汽轮机的情况

结合生产实际对系统的要求

在WDPFII型DCS扩容改造之际

将电气控制纳入其中

使之形成DCS、SCS、MCS、电气控制一体化

解决了原WDPF系统I/O容量不足的问题

改善了操作员站不足和监控紧张的状况

实现了电气系统的远方操作和状态显示

使系统更加安全可靠。

Abstract

In view of the situation concerning installation of several circulating fluidized bed(CFB) coalfired boilers and so many small steam turbines in Daliuta Thermal Power Plant

Combining with the requirements from production practice for the system

during the time of retrofitting WDPE type DCS control system for adding capacity

the electriy control has been included in the said retrofitting

to make an integrated system of DCS

SCS

MCS and electric control system. Thus

the problem of insufficient I/O capacity in WDPE system has been resolved

having improved the situation of inadequate space in the operators' station and of monitoring in a tense atmosphere

realized display of the remote operation and the state of the electric control

made the system to be even more safe and reliable.
