摘要

针对中国石化金陵分公司热电分部 5 0MW的 2号汽轮机组

研究开发了CMD - 3N型汽轮发电机组在线振动监测与分析系统

详细介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计及系统功能。系统投入运行后

可直观地了解机组的运行状态

并能对常见的运行故障

如不平衡、不对中、机械松动、油膜失稳等作出判断

具有状态预测功能。

Abstract

For 50MW turbinegenerator set NO.2 in Thermal Power Subdepartment under China Petrochemical Jinling Branch Company

a CMD3N type online vibration monitoring and analysing system has been researched and developed

the design of hardwares and softwares in the said system

as well as the functions of the said system being presented in detail. After putting the system into operation

the operational performance of the unit can directly be grasped

and common faults in operation

such as imbalance

misalignment

mechanical looseness

and oilfilm outofstability etc.

can be diagnosed

having functions to predict the operation conditions of unit.
