摘要

龙岩恒发电厂 2号机组于 2 0 0 0年 6月大修后

发现 4号瓦轴向振动严重超标

给机组的安全稳定运行带来很大的危害。大修中经对各设备的解体检查

判断 4号瓦轴向振动超标的主要原因是轴承座变形引起的

消除了故障原因后

机组运行稳定。

Abstract

The axial vibration of bearing shoe NO.4 on unit NO.2 in Longyanheng Power Plant has been seriously surpassing the specified limit after major repair in June

2000

bring about harmfulness for safe and stable operation of the unit. Through dismounting inspection of each equipment in major repair

it was considered that the main cause leading to serious axial vibration of the bearing shoe NO.4 was the deformation of bearing pedestal. After eliminating the cause resulting in fault

openration of the said unit always keeps in stability.
