摘要

针对湛江发电厂汽泡雾化式重油枪点火困难、雾化差、燃烧不充分等问题

在分析其产生原因后

从油枪安装、运行操作、设备维护几方面提出了相应的改进措施。该措施实施后取得了较好的效果

使冷态重油枪直接点火困难等问题得以解决。

Abstract

In view of troublesome problems existing in steam-blister atomizing type heavy-oil guns

such as difficult ignition

bad atomization

and non-full combustion etc.

at Zhanjiang Power Plant

corresponding improvement measures have been put forword from aspects of installing

operating and maintaining the oil gun facility at the same time of analyzing the causes leading to the occurrence of the said problems. After implementation of the above-mentioned measures

comparatively good results have been obtained

making problems of difficult direct ignition by using cold-state heavy-oil guns to be solved.
