Causes leading to accidents of intermediate bearing’s used in spiral pulverized coal transporting machines at power plants have been analysed

the feasibility of using solid powder lubrication technique in said machines being expounded

and the concrete application of the said technique on intermediate bearings in LS-400 spiral pulverized coal transporting machine being presented. Practice shows that the effectiveness of changing roller bearings into bearings using coal powder as solid lubricant is comparatively good.
