摘要

通过对深圳月亮湾燃机电厂 5号汽轮机后轴承故障的分析及跟踪处理

认为低转速磨瓦是由于润滑油中混入杂质和检修时刮瓦工艺保证不了良好油楔所致。通过提高润滑油质和采取正确刮瓦工艺消除了轴承故障

Abstract

After the analyses of the malfunction of the #5 turbine's rear shaft bearing in ShenZhen Yueliangwan Powerplant (Moon Bay)

the bad shape oil-film wedge caused by scraping the shaft bushing in overhaul and the impurity in the lubricating oil are regarded as the main reason of the shaft bushing's abrasion in low rotate speed. Increasing the lubricating oil's pureness and adoption the correct scrapingbushing technique can avoid the malfunction of the shaft bearing.
