大港发电厂 3号锅炉炉体发生变形

对此进行了测量

分析了炉体变形产生的原因

认为炉体变形的根本原因为锅炉钢架基础存在不均匀沉降。在水冷壁更换过程中对其进行了有效调整。

Abstract

Deformation of the furnace body had occurred on boiler NO.3 in tittle power plant

hence

measurement and cause analysis of said deformation have been carried out

it is considered that the basic reason of the furnace body deformation is due to nonuniform settlement of boiler's steel frame foundation. Then

effective adjustment of the said foundation was made during the course of replacing the said water wall.
