Abstract

Through analysing the bearing pad damage of ball tube mill No.2 belonging to boiler No.2 at Guangzhou Power Plant

a new repair method

namely oil-pouring low speed grinding method without lifting the big canister

was selected. After repairing

there was no abnormality occurred in long-term operation of about seven years

it is clear that the new repair method being simple and correct.
