摘要

介绍循环流化床运行特性和调节原理

阐述了设计与开发循环流化床工业锅炉热工自动控制系统的过程

特别是基于PC总线的计算机监控系统的开发

指出了设计选型时应注意的几个问题。结合工程实践

得出了料层床温控制、汽包水位控制、过热汽温控制、负荷控制、负压控制、烟气含氧量控制、返料量控制等多种设计原则。

Abstract

Based on the features of operation and the principle of regulation

the design and development course of thermotechnical automatic system for industrial CFB boilers are described. From practice of engineering projects

many design principles

namely bed temperature control of material layer

water-level control of boiler drum

steam temperature control of super heater

load control of unit

negative-pressure control

oxygen content control of flue gas

quantity control of feed-back material

etc. have been given.
