摘要

一台４００ｔ／ｈ煤粉锅炉原前墙布置旋流燃烧器改为前后墙布置浓稀相旋流燃烧器后，解决了锅炉存在的过热器超温、过热器和再热器减温水量偏大等问题；同时，锅炉能在４０％～１００％额定负荷不投油稳定着火燃烧，飞灰含碳量从５％下降到２％左右。

Abstract

Abstract A 400t/h coal-fired boiler was modified from the front wall fired swirl burners to the opposed fired dense/thin phase swirl burners.With this modification

the over-heat of superheater and high consumptionrate of attemperator water were solved.The boiler was able to have a steady operation at the range at 40-100% rated load without supporting oil.The unburned carbon content in fly ash could be reduced from 5% to 2%.
