摘要

在现场实测的基础上对靖远电厂３号机组３号轴承振动增大的问题进行了详细分析，确定出振动增大的主要原因是中、低压转子间接长轴平衡状况恶化和中压转子动静碰磨造成弯曲及部件损伤，并依此提出接长轴动平衡和停机揭缸检修处理中压转子的方案。方案实施后，彻底解决了３号轴承振动问题。

Abstract

Abstract Based on the vibration measurements on-site

a detail vibration analysis on 3# bearing of No.3 turbine generator unit of Jingyuan Power Plant is presented.It points out that the vibration was mainly caused by the unbalanced coupling of IP and LP rotors and by IP rotor bending due to the rubbing occurred between the stationary and moving parts.A technical proposal was made to solve the vibration problem and the result was very successful.
