摘要

电厂汽轮机油泵在运行时出现了泵的输出流量低于设计要求，对此，分析了汽轮油泵泄漏量增大的原因，并建立了数学模型，导出了泄漏量计算公式。实验证明，用此公式计算的粘度引起的理论泄漏量和实际测量的泄漏量十分相近，而径向间隙引起的泄漏量的变化，两者虽有一定的差距，但对油泵的设计仍具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

OUtput of turbine oil pump was found lower than design value during operation. TO deal with this issue

the increased leak- age of pumps was analysed and a mathematic model was built up. The results show that the theoretical lecakage caused by viscosity is very close to that of real measuremat. whill the leakage caused by radial clearance differs some.
