本文通过对灰色系统GM（1，1）模型进行的讨论，发现灰色系统建模公式仅仅是一个近似运算公式，存在偏差，为此提出一种改进模型。通过对设备状态参数预测实例证明了改进模型比原系统模型具有更高的预测精度。

this paper points out that the Grey system’s modelling formula is only a approximate calculating formula

and puts forward an driproved formula for GM（1

which has even greater precision and applicabi1ity than the GM（1

1）.
