摘要

对苏制６７０ｔ／ｈ锅炉的部分联箱焊口进行了探伤，经过反复试验，成功地解决了利用超声横波法进行联箱小径管座焊缝探伤的技术难题。并用这一方法对１５３６个焊口进行了探伤，共发现２６个裂纹、未熔和未焊透点，这些缺陷，在挖补修复中得到了验证。因此，此探伤方法具有较高的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract

After several tests for NDT of weldings on collectors of a 670t/h boiler made by former Soviet Union

the technicalproblems have been solved for NDT of stub fillet welding on collectors by using utrasonic tranverse waves. By using thismethod 26 crackings

unwelded and unmelted places were found from tested 1536 weldings

which were confirmed duringrepair.Therefore

this NDT method has relatively high accuracy with higher reliability.
