摘要

本文采用宏观、微观并结合能谱分析等手段，对大同第二发电厂１号炉水冷壁爆管进行了分析，分析认为大同二电厂１号炉水冷壁爆管为碱性腐蚀＋蠕变复合作用所致，碱性腐蚀为主要原因，而蠕变促进了碱性腐蚀，加速了管壁最终破坏，其断裂方式主要表现为均匀腐蚀坑＋局部轴向长度方向上的裂纹泄漏。

Abstract

In combination with spectrometric method

macro-and micro - analysis of the waterwall tube failure in boiler No.1.Datong power plant No.2 shows that the tube burst was caused by the combined action of caustic corrosion and creep.The caustic corrosion was found to ho the main contributor

and the creep-promoter accelarating the final failure of the tubes.Therefore

the final fracture has the from of uniform corrosion pits and local axial cracking.
