摘要

以某６００ＭＷ切圆燃烧锅炉机组典型的大风箱模型（比例１：８）为研究对象，测量了风箱进口、各分风室进、出口的气流形态，以及风箱的阻力分配特性，根据试验结果将各分风室分为偏差型风室和均匀型风室；并根据不同导流板布置方式下风箱出口气流沿宽度方向的分配特性，提出了改变风室内导流板布置方式，以得到最佳风箱出口气流形态的方案。

Abstract

A typical windbox model （scale 1:8） of one 600MW coal fired boiler ac measured for flow forms at the inlet of the windbox

the inlet and outlet of each chambers

and for properties of its destributed resisboce. According to these measurements

the chambers are divided into the deviation flow chambers and the uniform flow chaments. Based on the contribution characteristies across the outlet width of Windbox under different arrangements of the turning vane

an arransement of the turning vane to susaested for the optimum flow form at the outlet of windbox.
