摘要

介绍某厂３００ＭＷ锅炉汽包环缝的寿命评估研究结果。由于该焊缝缺陷，经几次焊补后焊缝在尺寸上和形状上都与原设计不同，在对焊缝及其母材经过必要的检验后，进行了在正常运行工况和水冷壁大面积爆破等各种非正常运行工况下的有限元应力分析和疲劳寿命估算，得出了该汽包焊缝可以满足今后运行要求的结论。

Abstract

This paper describes a study of life assessment of circumferential weld seams on a 300 MW boiler drum. Because of defeats

the weld seams bud to be repaired. After several repairs

the size and shape of the weld seams were quite different from the original design.After necessary inspection to the weld seams and base material

an analysis by finite element and a fatigue life talculation were made under normal conditions and ebnormal conditions like large area tube burst in waterwall. It is concluded that the boiler drum could satify the requirements of continuous operation.
