Abstract

This paper introduces a steam turbine rotor life monitoring device

which can be used to have a real time on-linemonitoring of thermal stress

fatigue life and creep life and to print out the peak stress with load curve.And a data baseadministration system for steam turbine rotor life is described too

which can be used by the electrical administration departments as a tool to manage the operation.
