摘要

近年投运的一些大型汽轮发电机组的低压转子出现大的振动

本文以华能上安电厂2号机为例

分析了引起振动的两个重要因素:动静摩擦和支承系统的共振。文章阐述了低压转子摩擦振动的特点、诊断方法和处理原则

并对支承系统共振的判断方法和共振的危害做了讨论。

Abstract

In recent years

vibration problems have been encountered many times on the LP rotors of large turbine-generator units. Taking Shangan Power Plant as example

this paper has given an analysis to the two factors causing the vibration problems: （1）the rubbing of moving and static parts; （2）the resonance of bearing system. The behavior of rubbing vibration on the LP rotor

its diagnosing method and handling principle are described

and the judgement of the resonance of bearing system and its harm are discussed.
