对合山电厂130t/h、300t/h锅炉的不同炉顶密封结构及其漏风、漏烟、漏灰的主要原因进行了分析

并根据近两年来对5台锅炉进行炉顶密封的实际施工状况和使用效果

总结出在材料选用、施工工艺等方面的一些技术经验。同时

对施工中的组织管理、质量验收

以及应注意的问题等提出了一些建议。

Analysis were made on the ceiling structure of different boiiers and the causes for leakage of air

gas and ash. Based on the actual construction of modification and its effectiveness in operation for the past two years

some experience have been gained in material selection and construction process

etc. In addition

proposals are made to the management of construction

quality inspection and so on.
